For the August 2024 RC Meetings, permanent complement increase requests reviewed at this meeting. Program accreditation reviews and other requests included at the Review Committee’s discretion.

For the January and April 2024 and 2025 RC meetings, because a new application requires a site visit, both the application and the Accreditation Field Representative’s Site Visit Report verifying/clarifying the application must be received by the Review Committee staff by the agenda closing date.
